About The Event
SESSION DESCRIPTION
For many living with chronic illness, trauma, or caregiving responsibilities, the body rarely feels like a place of rest. This gentle, interactive session combines guided breathing, restorative movement, and immersive sound therapy to help participants release tension, quiet racing thoughts, and reconnect with themselves in a space free of expectation or judgment.
Together, we will slow the breath, calm the nervous system, and create room for stillness, even if only for a moment. Whether you arrive carrying pain, grief, anxiety, or exhaustion, you will leave with practical techniques you can use long after the session ends, reminding yourself that healing is not always found in doing more, sometimes it begins with simply allowing yourself to breathe.
